A small deposit like this shows us your intention and it helps us accept orders without the risk of paying Shopify fee's if we needed to refund anyone. The £99 pre-order production deposit is only refundable until we finalise the pre-order quantity, all orders are set up. This is what we call locking the batch. Before the batch is locked you will be given the option to either pay another deposit, or to get your initial £99 refunded and cancel the order. After the batch is locked, your £99 is not refundable, but can be exchanged for something else.

1. Select the model of bike you would like to buy from the drop down menu
2. Add a note to your order with some details (frame size, colour etc.)
3. Pay a small deposit of £99 (+ VAT if you are in the UK) to show us you are somewhat serious.
4. Wait for us to get in touch to formally set up the order and make sure that everyone is happy to proceed to the next stage.

• Wait for us to reach out to double check your frame size selection, and advise about fork & shock specifications.
• Lead times will also be communicated, so you can plan when you're going to take time off to ride your new bike.
• Next, we will set up the order (manually in our back office) and send through a copy for you to review.
• A further deposit will be required so we can order parts from our suppliers (tubes from Reynolds, tube bending services, CNC machined linkage parts etc.). The minimum deposit required to set up GRIFFYN frame or bike order is 50% of the estimated invoice total. If you want to pay everything in one go, then you are welcome to request that. Whatever works best for you!
• Once everyone in the batch has paid their deposits the BATCH WILL BE LOCKED and the production cycle will kick into gear. Updates will be sent out by email to everyone in the batch so you are kept informed and up to date about what's going on. We will send photos, videos and other speak peeks which only people part of that batch will be privy to.
• Once the frames are fully welded up they will be sent for paint, and the wait will be almost over.
• Final assembly will happen, and collection or delivery will be scheduled with you, for a new bike day that suits you best.

• If the frame or bike required is not in stock in the UK or Denmark, then we will present a list of alternatives, or information about when the colour and size you want will be available.

• Next, we will set up the order (manually in our back office) and send through a copy for you to review.
• A further deposit will be required once the order has been confirmed. The minimum deposit required for a Adventure Edition Omnium bike order is 50% of the invoice total. If you want to pay everything in one go, then you are welcome to request that. Whatever works best for you!
• Once the bike is ready to build we will send you an update so you know what is happening.
• Before collection or delivery a final check will be made that all the details of the order are correct and everyone is happy.
